1st class and comfy place to stay with wonderful view over the beautiful well tended garden. Plenty of food at the English breakfast. Location so close to a gloriously sandy beach, local pubs and a wonderful fish and chip shop as well as anywhere cleaner than manor farm. Plenty of food options around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

The hotel was top-class and comfy in a quiet, relaxing area. The breakfast was savory with ducks, fresh eggs, and delicious homemade bread, so much to pick from. The venue was set in a central position, a short walk to Sutton-on-Sea. Lovely to be able to stroke the cows and a gloriously sandy beach. Local pubs and a wonderful fish and chip shop. The venue was 4 km away from St Andrew's.

My mum and I truly enjoyed being there. Got English breakfasts with marmalade and home baked bread. It was in a perfect location really close to a gloriously sandy beach, local pubs, and a wonderful fish and chip shop. Anywhere cleaner than Manor Farm and the village center and beach.

The hosts, Rachel and Dom, were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a comfortable bed with crisp linens. The bathroom was luxurious, with a huge walk-in shower. I loved the thoughtful touches like the jar of homemade cookies and the selection of teas and hot chocolate. The breakfast, served in the sunny garden room, was delicious and the poached duck eggs were a highlight. Highly recommended!
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
